diminum tiap hari masing-masing 1 pill atleast 10 menit sebelum makan (menurutku best consume in the morning) efek samping sama sekali tdk ada, satu minggu hasilnya sudah kelihahatan, kulit lebih cerah, soft dan moist. menurut research dari company mereka, hasil pemakaian KB ini permanen koq sist :))
